Information we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, company, phone number, email, and trade when you request a demo or sign up.
- Lead and conversation data we process for our clients: the name, phone number, address, and message content of people who contact a client's business.
- Basic technical data, like browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To respond to demo requests and provide our service
- To send text messages you or our clients' customers have agreed to receive
- To book appointments and send conversation summaries to our clients
- To improve and secure the service
Text messaging and mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our SMS carrier partner).
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run VPoint (such as hosting, messaging, scheduling, and AI processing providers), with the client business a lead contacted, or when required by law. We never sell personal information.
Client data
Leads and conversations belong to the client business they were sent to. We process them on that client's behalf and delete them on request when the client leaves VPoint.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@vpointindu.com.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above.
