These terms cover your use of vpointindu.com and the VPoint lead response service. By using them, you agree to these terms.
The service
VPoint responds to leads on behalf of client businesses by text message, asks qualifying questions the client approves, books appointments, and sends summaries. Clients can review and take over any conversation at any time.
Billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance. There's no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime, and service continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
Client responsibilities
- Give accurate business information, hours, service area, and rules for the assistant.
- Only send us leads who contacted your business, and follow applicable messaging laws.
- Review conversations and appointments. VPoint helps you respond faster but doesn't replace your judgment on pricing, safety, or scope.
Acceptable use
You may not use VPoint to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or illegal or deceptive content.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, VPoint isn't liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
SMS terms
Program: VPoint sends text messages to (1) people who request a demo on vpointindu.com and opt in, and (2) customers who contact a VPoint client business, about their request, such as questions, appointment times, and confirmations.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one confirmation message, and then no more.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use VPoint means you accept the updated terms.
